Resellers Area Terms of Use
Please note that the following Terms of Use apply specifically to users of the Resellers Area. All users of this website must also comply with our general website Terms of Use.
Account Sharing
Reseller Access logins are to be used only by individuals approved by Entelechy or employees of a company that has been approved by Entelechy to access the Reseller Area. Login credentials may not be shared with or by any persons outside of the approved company or the company of an approved individual. It is the responsibility of the account holder to keep login credentials including email, username and passwords secure and confidential.
Passwords
Passwords are required to be strong for security purposes. You will be given a password to first access the Reseller Area which consists of small and capital letters, special characters and numbers. You may choose to keep this password, or you can reset your password after your first login.
You can change your password from the Resellers Area under ‘Update Account’, or if you forget your password, it can be reset by pressing ‘Forgot Password’ under the login box. You will be sent a replacement password.
Your Information
Your Reseller details are verified and your login account is set up manually at Entelechy, so the only information stored on our website database is your email address, username and password required for login, and country and company name for identification purposes. You may on occasion receive emails from Entelechy at the provided email address regarding changes to Reseller Access logins or updates to the Resellers Area.
Use of Restricted Assets & Documentation
The purpose of our Resellers Area is to restrict certain content from the general public. By accepting these terms and entering the Reseller Area, you agree that you will not distribute or share any restricted downloadable content that is intended for use only by Resellers, and specifically Resellers approved for an account, with any other persons or entities or on any published material, including print and online material, websites, social media.
Use of Promotional Material
Our brand identity is important to us and we ask that you respect our brand usage requirements in all cases where you are promoting our products to sell. Our promotional kit includes logos, product imagery and supporting graphics to help you to sell our products. It also includes the requirements when using any of these brand related assets. By agreeing to these terms and accessing the Resellers Area, you agree to read and follow the Brand Usage Requirements to the best of your ability. Entelechy may contact you and request that you change or update any logos or imagery at any time if it does not follow our Brand Usage Requirements.
Failure to Comply with Resellers Area Terms of Use
Entelechy reserves the right to delete the account, or restrict the access of an individual or a company from which an individual has failed to comply with the Terms of Use outlined above.
